Introduction of hydraulic metal baler

Hydraulic metal baler is suitable for steel mills, recycling and processing industries and non-ferrous and ferrous metal smelting industries. All kinds of metal scraps, steel shavings, scrap steel, scrap aluminum, scrap copper, etc. can be extruded into rectangular, cylindrical, octagonal, and other shapes of qualified charge to reduce transportation and torch costs.
Features of hydraulic metal baler:
(1) All models are hydraulically driven. You can choose manual or PLC automatic control operation.
(2) No foot screws are required for installation, and diesel engines can be used as power in places where there is no power supply.
(3) There are three types of package delivery: turn-over, side-push, and front-out.
(4) There are eight grades of extrusion force from 63 tons to 400 tons, and the production efficiency ranges from 0.5 tons/hour to 20 tons/hour.
(5) The size of the feeding box and the shape and size of the block can be designed and customized according to the user's raw material specifications.
Packers are divided into two categories
1. According to the way of outsourcing:
1) Turn over package series.
2) Side push bag series.
3) Front push bag series.
